• Representing the hotel in a professional, polite manner and ensuring a positive first impression. • Deliver exceptional service by managing guest requests accurately and within the specified time-frame. • Training and supervising porters and valet staff on LQA standards. • Organizing bookings for guests such as tickets for various concerts, theater and different shows or sports events. • Informing guests about the surrounding area, hotel facilities and directions. • Arranging transportation for guest. • Suggesting restaurants based on guest needs and making reservations for guests. • Organizing tours and excursions in local area (Slovakia) and abroad (Czech republic, Austria). • Assisting the front office team and other departments when necessary and maintain positive working relationships.
