As a Benefit Service Associate I served the entire Employee Benefits department in both small and large groups by assisting our clients with insurance bidding and the renewal process of their benefits. My responsibilities included: -Reviewing census data, plan design and creating marketing materials to provide clients with their benefits -Creating countless materials to market our clients needs to insurance carriers and then additional materials (paper and electronic) to educate clients on the benefits they implemented -Providing administrative support to our clients acting as a liaison to solve important issues
