• Designed market incentive maps for Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) across MISO, CAISO, ERCOT & NYISO. • Developed an industry landscape outlining VPP platform requirements for utilities and solar developers, translating technical needs into actionable product specifications for product managers. • Created a unit economics model to assess financial viability and scalability VPP with Community Choice Aggregators in CAISO, enabling evaluation of RFP bids and verification of cross-team capabilities. • Led the development of data exchange standard strategy leveraging Azure Digital Twin for integration across solar and smart home Original Equipment Manufacturers improving bankability of residential and C&I solar.
