Techincal detail design for provisioning system and its components logics. Developement control. Solving and managing defects in testing phase. Vendor management. Service calls and incidents resolution. Architecture design. Key Projects: ngCRM (since 2011) - migration CRM system to Siebel. Head of new OSS OE system which provisions data from Siebel to other network elements. Main responsibility for OSS OE in all project phases. Comptel InstantLink upgrade (2012) - new hardware for development, test and production Instantlink and their databases. Upgrade InstantLink to new version. Architecture design. Data migration and adaption to new enviroments. InstantLink installation.
Creation and execution of automated test scripts for a new range of IP phones (Openstage) Installation and configuration of embedded software for the above phones. Fault reporting, including direct liaison with development engineers. These roles have included secondments to Germany.
