This opportunity was provided through Swinburne University. I was selected to work alongside a leading social enterprise in Vietnam, to help design a sustainable fundraising model that could be implemented in their industry. The project consisted of pre - departure training, two weeks in Vietnam working directly with KOTO and its representatives, as well as providing a detailed report containing all the necessary information for execution. My duties included: Conducting local and international market research to identify gaps and new markets segments. Recommending short, medium and long term revenue generating solutions. Presenting our findings to stakeholders, shareholders and other distinguished guests.
