I have worked as a chef for 10 years in the best restaurants in Europe. In my first year as a chef, I discovered my passion for wines that are closely linked to my passion for good food. During my career, I had the opportunity to travel, in search of new flavors and aromas. I've always been deeply interested in wines that tell a story. May they be unique and created with passion and dedication, that reflect the terroir in which they were created. In my search for good flavors, I have found wine regions with excellent wine quality that remain hidden from the general public. Like many here, I have found it extremely difficult to find wines from these regions in Denmark. This is how the idea of ​​importing wines from these hidden gems was born. And today I am very happy to be able to share these wines and tell the story of their winemakers with you. When I finally decided to open my wine importing company, I chose to visit the Moravia region, the biggest wine region in the Czech Republic. Here many vineyards belonged to the same families for generations, and they put passion and dedication in each bottle. I also choose wines from Slovakia, where the climatic characteristics, closely resemble the famous Burgundy wine region, creating wines full of personality. I have a full compromise with sustainability for that reason our main focus is in Organic, Natural wines.
