I was responsible for the development of the CRM application for the FutureLife Group (owner of GENNET) besides my regular duties of CFO in GENNET. I have also been responsible for the implementation of the application in the first clinic, which resulted in a great success and implementation in more clinics will follow (with the new full time Project manager). My direct responsibilities were: - Description of the processes, variances within the clinics in the group and setting one approach for customer care (analytical part) - Coordinating team of experts (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance) in order to set required functionalities of the application (managerial part) - Testing of the application, providing feedback and solving issues with the developers - Sign off of the Design document and Acceptance protocols - Providing Training for the Key users and for the final users as well, including preparation of the User's guide - Solving issues after the implementation and finding quick fix solutions - Handing over the Project to new full time Project manager without any impact for the operations
My responsibilities include: - Monthly reporting for top management and the supervisory board including; P&L, CAPEX and Cashflow report with detailed actuals vs. budget and actuals vs. prior year analysis and explanatory comments. - Preparation of consolidated financial statements for the stock exchange. - Covenants calculation and communication with banks. - Profit sharing calculations - Preparation of various business and market analyses and business models, for the decision making process of the management - Preparation of the budget and forecasts
My specialization was mainly within the financial and insurance sectors - specifically consolidation of a large CEE insurance group and various financial institutions (banks, mutual funds, leasing companies). I also have experience with the auditing of non-financial companies from real estate to aviation industry. My responsibilities included: -Leading a team of up to 5 assistants on audit engagements mainly from financial and insurance sectors -Dealing with clients at the chief accountant and CFO level, ensuring smooth audit execution and client satisfaction -Daily communication of identified audit issues with the audit managers and audit partners, preparing professional memos and reports on the issues identified by my team, including suggested approach and conclusion -Executing audit strategy and developing approach towards testing of complex and non-standard business transactions. -Review of the Financial statements prepared in line with Czech accounting standards and under IFRS. -Providing feedback for the assistants and training of new hires (mainly on the subject of securities and derivatives).
