I'm a financial professional experienced in operational management, casual but all the more passionate photographer, sports enthusiast, reliable and target-oriented person. I've been in charge of a small department (3-5 people) operating primarily in financial controlling area - aimed at the analyses and evaluation of the financial aspects of particular projects - for more than 17 years, learning new stuff and absorbing fresh knowledge every single day. My team has changed and it´s agenda has been modified several times, I´ve met great people and I´m really proud of the results we´ve achieved together. I believe we´ve been successful for many reasons but the key ones can be shortened to several words: - TEAM-WORK, - MUTUAL TRUST AND CONFIDENCE - RELIANCE I've been working in the telecommunication and ICT industry for more than 23 years and I am still fascinated how quickly and significantly it is changing and developing. I am not aware of any other area of mankind activity producing so many opportunities in such a short period. Flexibility, common sense, fast decision-making confidence - that is what - from my perspective - you need to stay well-oriented and successful in such a dynamic area … … and maybe a little bit of luck …
