I work with distributors, applicators, and project owners to reduce construction failures caused by incorrect material selection, poor detailing, or unsuitable application methods. understanding project conditions is really important—such as substrate type, joint movement, exposure, water pressure, and climate—and helping stakeholders choose practical, reliable solutions that perform on site. What I support partners with: Identifying common failure points in waterproofing, joint sealing, and epoxy systems Matching materials to real project conditions (movement, UV, temperature, water exposure) Supporting distributors and applicators with technical clarity, not just datasheets Helping buyers minimize rework, claims, and long-term maintenance risks Acting as a bridge between manufacturer capability and on-site reality I believe most project failures don’t happen because of bad products, but because the wrong solution was applied to the right problem—or the right solution to the wrong condition. My goal is simple: help partners build with confidence, reduce risk, and deliver durable projects.
