Jam City acquired my company Mob Science in the Spring of 2013 and I stayed on to lead what then became the Jam City San Diego studio. Our team conceived, designed, and developed Cookie Jam from the ground up. Cookie Jam has become a massive global phenomenon and one of the top grossing mobile games for iOS/Android. It was also named game of the year in 2014 by Facebook.
Mob Science was founded in 2008 to create games for the new Facebook Platform. Mob Science became one of the largest developer’s on Facebook, with more then 50 Million installs across its portfolio of free to play games. Mob Science also created a game published by Zynga, “Legends: Rise of a Hero” that was named by Kotaku as one of the top 10 Games in 2012. Mob Science was acquired by SGN Games, Inc. and continues on as the San Diego division of SGN Games.
Co-founder of RightSide Advisors, Inc. a digital platform that published over 50 investment newsletters and software tools targeted to the retail investor. This became a highly profitable, multi-million dollar business that was successfully sold to a private equity firm in 2006.
