I am responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process from initial applications to contract signings for both technical and non-technical positions. I work collaboratively with all business units to understand their candidate requirements and align our recruitment processes accordingly. In addition to conducting interviews and coordinating candidate management, I actively source talents, building a strong talent pipeline for future positions. I am passionate about optimizing our recruitment processes, ensuring both efficiency and quality. I strive to create a positive candidate experience, making sure candidates feel valued and respected throughout the hiring process.
As a 360 degree HR Consultant, I acted as an intermediary between our candidates and our clients. I found and attracted the best candidates for our clients, as well as the best clients for our candidates. I handled the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
I developed and executed recruiting and marketing strategies. I communicated our employer brand via social media, such as Facebook and Instagram ads, creating posts and stories, and active sourcing videos. Moreover, I proactively sourced candidates and created strong interest in working for the company. I was the first point of contact for potential employees, resulting in a high rate of applicants.
