AIRO is KIDO Group’s AI-native marketing and commerce solutions arm, focused on AI-powered content, livestream, and smart OOH innovations. In this role, I: -Built AIRO from the ground up — designing the business unit, shaping strategy, and structuring teams for long-term growth. -Developed service pillars spanning AI Digital Characters & Livestream Operations, High-Fidelity AI Content Production, and Interactive OOH Displays. -Led partnerships with global tech partners, creative studios, and local business associations to position AIRO as Vietnam’s first AI-native marketing hub. Organized and scaled teams by aligning individuals with their strengths, ensuring collective output was greater than the sum of its parts. Balanced innovation with structure, turning emerging technologies into actionable, market-ready solutions for brands. Led E2E to become the Top 1 cooking essentials brand on TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee. Featured in the TikTok Shop ACE Case Study for excellence in content-commerce innovation. Trusted by TikTok Vietnam as a main partner for: • TikTokShop’s Monthly Category Sale Campaigns – leading livestream ops & campaign marketing • MCN Campaigns & Seller Campaigns • TikTok Vietnam’s IMC Campaigns – supporting strategic rollout and creator activations Hosted global trade leaders at the E2E Mega Live Studio, including top China MCNs, international investors, and HCMC's Department of Industry & Trade. Focused on aligning marketing strategy, campaign execution, and team collaboration to support E2E’s continued growth and platform partnerships.
• Founded a purpose-driven agency and led a team of 5 freelancers to provide marketing services focused on brand strategy to help small businesses during the pandemic. • Produced more than 100 inbound marketing materials such as newsletters, blog posts, YouTube videos, and lead generation documents to generate brand awareness and value. • Generated 5x ROI in 12 months, serving 10 clients and 15 projects. Boosted revenue of clients by an average of 165%.
• Formulated brand identities and policy platforms of political candidates based on personality, key issues, and demographics of the campaign area. • Helped elect more than 16 candidates, fundraised more than $4,000,000 in total. • Produced scripts and edited political campaign messages based on brand’s values and messaging. • Raised more than $3,000,000 for 1,000 families as COVID cash relief with the Humanity Forward Movement.
