I am driven to make food legislation understandable and useful - so that it can create value. Common to my jobs at the Danish Veterinay and Fod Adminstration National, in the food industry and the Trade Organisation - Nutraceutisk Industri - is that it has been about interpretation, conveying and transforming complex legislation into useful knowledge. As an expert, it is important for me that the communication is both understandable, credible and useful. Throughout my career, I have made use of my skills as a facilitator - moderator. When two parties meet, it is the joint result that I have in mind. The result is that the parties gain respect and understanding for each other. As a person, I am a detail-oriented, curious, conscientious team player. My approach to tasks is result-oriented and targeted. As a colleague, I am often told that I am both empathetic and a listener. My good results are largely due to my credibility and the understanding that there are at least two sides to a case.
