Jeg er erfaren i processer for udvikling og support af softwareløsninger som elektronisk sags- og dokumenthåndteringssystemer, samarbejdsværktøj (primært SharePoint), geografiske informationssystemer, hotline/helpdesk systemer og Configurations-/Asset Management systemer. Jeg har opbygget adskillige kvalitetssystemer og supportsystemer, og jeg er specialist i konfiguration og asset styring og relaterede (under)processer, hvor jeg takket være en høj grad af kreativitet har udviklet pragmatiske processer og intuitive systemer, som har sikret overholdelse af valgte standarder og krav og naturligvis at opgaven er blevet gennemført. Det falder mig naturligt at påtage mig ledelsen, hvis jeg oplever behov for styring i de opgaver jeg er en del af, og jeg har tidligere været leder, projektleder og koordinator af alt fra kritisk problemhåndtering til længerevarende implementeringsprojekter. At være en del af et team og/eller at arbejde tæt med kunden (eller in-house team) er vigtigt for mig, og jeg er glad for at undervise. I am experienced in the processes of developing and supporting software solutions like Electronically Case and Document Handling System, Collaboration tools (mainly SharePoint), Geographical Information Systems, Hotline/Helpdesk Systems and Configuration/Asset Management Systems. I have built several quality systems and support systems, and I specialize in Configuration and Asset Management and related (sub-) processes using my creativity developing pragmatic processes and intuitive systems that ensures compliance of selected standards and requirements and of course ensuring that the assignment is fulfilled. I find it natural to take on leadership, if I experience the need of management in the tasks I am a part of, and I have previously been manager, project manager and coordinator of everything from urgent problem handling to long-term implementation projects Being part of a team and/or working close with the customer (or in-house teams) is important to me and I am very fond of teaching.
