I build the bridge between complex technology and tangible business outcomes. Throughout my career, I’ve operated at the intersection of artificial intelligence, corporate strategy, and public policy, driving innovation across the public and private sectors. Currently, I serve as the Business and Policy Lead for REGi, the flagship AI project within the Ontario Public Service. Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of co-creating then scaling this decentralized AI system from a proof-of-concept into a full-scale production environment that now empowers over 60,000 users By focusing on reducing regulatory burden and modernizing government policy, our work earned the 2026 CFIB "One to Watch" Golden Scissors Award and secured a nomination for the prestigious Amethyst Award for the Ontario Public Service. My approach to innovation is rooted in a deep background of enterprise technology adoption and ecosystem building. Previously, as the Team Lead of Ontario's Transformative Technology Adoption Unit, I forged strategic, cross-sector partnerships spanning government, academia, and industry to help SMEs successfully embrace AI, cloud computing, and data analytics. Before my public sector tenure, my foundation was built in top-tier management consulting and private tech leadership. As a consultant with A.T. Kearney and Deloitte Consulting, I advised Fortune 500 executives at organizations like Prudential Financial, Royal Bank Financial Group, and General Motors—leading large-scale business process redesigns that drove millions in recurring annual savings. In the private tech sector, I’ve held P&L responsibility as a Practice Leader and Director, launching enterprise software solutions for national retailers and growing an e-business software firm's revenue 9-fold. My Leadership Philosophy: I believe in out-of-the-box ideation grounded by logical, structured execution. I thrive on discerning key themes in highly complex environments, building win/win partnerships, and empowering diverse, high-performing teams to identify and execute impactful solutions.
