My role is to solve that by building an internal environment where employees have the tools, access, security, and automation they need to do great work. My focus spans four areas: Internal IT I lead internal IT operations across endpoints, identity and access management, SaaS administration, onboarding, offboarding, access control, device management, and the day-to-day systems that keep a distributed workforce productive. Cybersecurity I oversee cybersecurity strategy and execution for company data, user access, and internal infrastructure. That includes policy, tooling, awareness, and practical controls that reduce risk without slowing the business down. AI automation and agent development I build internal tools and AI agents using Python, the Claude API, and MCP integrations. My focus is practical AI automation that reduces manual work, improves consistency, and gives teams more time for high-value priorities. Team leadership I lead and develop the IT team that supports the company every day. I believe in hiring smart people, creating clear ownership, and building a culture where people can solve meaningful problems and grow.
