Launched the company's first public cloud platform and private cloud strategy, Big Data ecosystem and drove the development of several business growth use cases, innovative customer-facing products and data partnerships.
Led the development and deployment of the global merchant payment and Submissions platforms including Merchant Payables, Global MIS, Submissions and Global Clearing and Settlement.
Led the global, large-scale and technically complex transformation of the American Express Payments Network connecting the ecosystem across acquirers, network and issuing banks. This was a multi-year $300mm+ program re-engineering the global Authorizations and Submissions platform including Global Authorizations Network, Credit Authorization system, Secure File transfer, Submissions and Global Clearing and Settlement. Develop and support the Global High Availability / Continuous Availability solutions supporting Authorizations and Enterprise File Transmission and ensuring that they are always on. I also have overall responsibility for ensuring that the solutions for the American Express Acquirer and American Express Network businesses are well architected and designed to be cost efficient, extensible, and highly available (99.9999+% in some instances).
