Hey, I’m a recruiter who genuinely loves helping studios build exceptional teams. For the past 11 years, I’ve specialised in finding and securing top talent across the video games industry spanning console, mobile, PC, web/social, as well as iGaming and eSports. During that time, I’ve supported more than 175 people in making meaningful career moves. I’ve worked across both agency and fast-paced in-house environments, which means I understand how to balance speed with precision. I’m a creative hiring expert in areas such as art, animation and design, and I have also successfully hired across engineering, product, data, as well as community management, leadership, operations and more. I'm also one of the rare recruiters who has worked across the UK, EU, NA and MENA regions for the games industry. As an end-to-end Talent Acquisition partner, I’m just as comfortable leading kick-off meetings and aligning senior stakeholders as I am building targeted sourcing strategies and closing hard-to-find talent. I approach recruitment methodically and analytically, using data to shape strategy, influence decision-making and continuously improve results. Outside of work, I’m a big believer in balance. As well as playing on my handheld Xbox, I like to swim and read books and I am a huge fan of Arsenal FC. I also attend church every week which keeps me grounded and focused on what really matters.

- Collaborated and strategized with hiring managers to help identify their talent needs, define their recruitment processes and manage the end-to-end process including contract negotiation and closing, ensuring internal equity is kept in line. Working internationally across North America, Europe and China. - General talent assessment and interviewing skills to ensure that the right candidates were being sent forward to the hiring manager for review. - Also worked as a sourcing partner with other recruiters on especially difficult roles to fill. This means understanding what work has already been done on the search, what candidates would make it through the pipeline and dedicating more time to sourcing on these searches. - A focus on talent intelligence and talent engagement with lots of research, market mapping and pipeline building. - Worked on several projects related to DEI, recruiting guides and an internal team hub. - Hired into several projects such as Fortnite, LEGO Fortnite, Rocket League and the Epic x Disney collaboration.
- Primarily responsible for hiring into the art and animation teams here, along with other roles in areas such as business operations, HR, Data Analytics and Community Management. My offer acceptance rate was 84%, with 89% of these hires coming without using an agency (65+ hires). - Hired into the Fall Guys and Yahtzee Dice with Buddies teams.
- During my time at Datascope, I rose through the ranks from an Associate Recruiter to a Senior/Principal Consultant within the company. - Built the desk out to the point I was leading two other consultants, both of whom have gone on to be successful recruiters in the video games industry. - I was the account manager for several high-profile gaming studios and I maintained good relationships with these clients to ensure they were happy and were getting the service they were looking for. - I resourced for numerous roles across the art and animation sector at all levels. - The role mainly encompassed a lot of headhunting and negotiation, as well as general database management, marketing of roles and some business development. - Working with game studios across all platforms in the UK, Europe, and a little bit of North America and Asia also.
