I'm a COO, Product and Transformation leader focussed on building class-leading software solutions, and scaling operational systems that reduce friction, improve execution, and enable organisations to operate more effectively. My operations and transformation work sits at the intersection of operations, systems design and organisational scaling - helping teams move from reactive and fragmented execution to structured, repeatable operating models and delivering transformation portfolios to drive enterprise value. Alongside this I'm building a consumer product that helps people reduce life-admin friction - managing subscriptions, renewals, documents and household organisation in one place. This work has reinforced a broader interest in how fragmented systems, both in organisations and in daily life, create unnecessary cognitive load, inefficiency and distraction. I am selectively open to fractional and interim COO / Product / Transformation roles, particularly in scaling organisations.
