I'm a COO, Product and Transformation leader focussed on building class-leading software solutions, and scaling operational systems that reduce friction, improve execution, and enable organisations to operate more effectively. My operations and transformation work sits at the intersection of operations, systems design and organisational scaling - helping teams move from reactive and fragmented execution to structured, repeatable operating models and delivering transformation portfolios to drive enterprise value. Alongside this I'm building a consumer product that helps people reduce life-admin friction - managing subscriptions, renewals, documents and household organisation in one place. This work has reinforced a broader interest in how fragmented systems, both in organisations and in daily life, create unnecessary cognitive load, inefficiency and distraction. Executive Team role to establish and embed the Change and Transformation Office to shape, manage, and deliver a portfolio of change to underpin the business value creation strategy: • Build the team and define and embed the Target Operating Model • Select, onboard, manage and deliver portfolio of transformation projects • Successfully delivered Elevate Platform launch and associated business readiness, TechOps function, rebrand, new websites, ISO27001, RevOps programme, CRM migration, HubSpot automation programme, AI trial.
Responsible for operational aspects of the business: • Improved gross margin by 50% through process optimisation, technology and & outsourcing • Introduced product roadmap prioritisation model • Grant applications & successful fulfilment • Management mentoring • Performance monitoring – board reporting, KPIs & OKRs
Establish COO framework, focussing on: • Funding support • Operational efficiency – migration from Service to SaaS based revenue • Introduction of Customer Success methodology • HR & Performance management
