My work has spanned commercial operations, field operations, logistics, program management, and enterprise partner systems. The pattern is consistent: execution breaks down, ownership gets fragmented, visibility disappears, and teams need a system they can run. I create that system. At Amazon, that meant governing a $3.51B commercial program, deploying a zero-to-one operating model across 500 Whole Foods stores, creating global execution dashboards, and designing partner operating models for enterprise businesses like L’Oréal.
