My experience to pioneer new markets results from further engagements with several innovative start-up software companies. Since then I have been an independent entrepreneur for over 10 years and maintain our global community from more than 100 countries, at the same time I observe software providers for technological innovations. My multicultural skills are coming from speaking on events of interest for an intercontinental audience and doing business in America, Asia-Pacific, Africa and in Europe. Main objective on driving a virtual sales and consulting team cross-countries with Sales from 30 countries involved. EMEA business board membership for IAM. Won major evaluations in Eastern Europe with more than 100 new IAM clients in just 3 years, of course based on International team work together with well trained and high qualified country teams. Happy IAM customer references because of well balanced support during evaluation period, mature product quality and excellent services provided by local key country partners. Further for 2 years I moved to Oracle‘s core business and enabled Oracle sales forces to establish more performance products at pilot clients, including the most strategic Exadata product line, by supporting the resellers with sales trainings, speaking slots on events and on-site customer meetings in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Data Warehouse use case with significant performance advantages. ERP use case for faster runtime optimization. PaaS use case for consolidated Cloud migration, and further ISV vendor readiness for SaaS by certification programs for major Oracle partners in several countries.

    Identity and Access Management (joint Oblix/acquired by Oracle), Storage and Server Management (Precise Software/Veritas), CRM and Marketing Automation (Applix/Prime Response/Chordiant), BI/Data Warehousing (Prism Solutions/Ardent Software). Generated in the late 90s first data warehouse projects ever in Germany, with IBM as a partner involved, for the American company Prism Solutions founded by Bill Inmon, who invented the data warehouse principles. Headed the wonderful sales team of 5 in different cities with focus on entire Germany at Ardent Software. Significant deals in 2002 at early adopter clients for new technology innovations, for modern Java based CRM software a multi million software win versus competition at one of the largest insurance companies in Germany with T-Systems as the implementation partner of choice, great teamwork, in Frankfurt first and Munich next. Sold as the Country Manager Germany in 2004 with US Legal and US Management support a big portion of company shares in less than half a year to a very famous German investor including re-distribution rights and managed the European partnership afterwards as the EU Channel Director. Traveled to the American headquarters multiple times a year.
