About

The successes I'm most proud of in my working life have all related to finding ways to get hidden information, concerns, or ideas from stakeholders, and to use them to improve a process or to resolve a problem. My academic study is driven by a desire to equip myself with theory and tools to accompany this passion. I want to work in an environment where I can both make better use of data and make processes more efficient.       This role has provided huge opportunities so far. During my time in this role I have delivered: Business and data analytics and insights, process automation and workflow improvements, formalisation of performance metrics, team and organisation communication, change management and service and product development. I have become proficient with Power BI and been able to combine a variety of data sources to provide key strategic and production information allowing for better decision making.

      Transcription and editing of the formal record of chamber and committee activities at Parliament. Led the development and implementation of a cloud-based document sharing platform for the Hansard unit. External and internal communications content creation and strategy as part of both the communications group (2019-2021) and the Parliament website redevelopment project. Long-term emerging leaders project relating to a comprehensive report on precinct-wide COVID responses.
