If I were to choose one word to best describe myself, it would be ‘builder’. I enjoy the process of creation- whether it’s woodworking on my personal time or building teams and companies as a Talent Acquisition professional. Something about the building process speaks to me. I’ve been recruiting for over 17 years with the last 10 in a leadership capacity helping great people do their best work. Most of my career has been in the high-growth startup ecosystem hiring top tier talent while developing scalable processes and systems that were the catalyst for driving 10x growth and leading to an IPO twice. I've also been fortunate to work at established organizations of over 150k employees and mature processes. Each have their unique challenges and selling points, but client experience, efficiency and data are always paramount.

    I'm taking some time off to focus on my home renovation hobby, complete some overdue projects and work on my personal health. During this time I've found, in some ways, my 'time off' has been more taxing than my time scaling startups. That said, it's been nice to make progress on personal projects and it has fueled the fire to get back to enabling companies to hire the best talent & fit.
