I'm building MiniBriefAi, an AI assistant that turns Gmail and Outlook from a black hole into something that actually keeps up with you. The idea came from pain. In commercial real estate, threads got buried, context got lost, and "I'll circle back" quietly turned into "never." I built MiniBriefAi to close the exact gap I kept falling into. It started as a tool for brokers. Turns out, anyone running a business has the same inbox problem. Before this, I was in commercial real estate underwriting and valuing multifamily, mixed-use, and development deals across Manhattan & Westchester, which taught me how much money hides in the details, and how easily it slips through the cracks of bad follow-through. • Sourced and underwrote $2M + in pipeline deals in commercial/residential real estate acquisitions, including multifamily, retail, and development properties • Built detailed financial models (pro forma, rent roll analysis, seller financing) to evaluate investment performance and optimize deal structures • Contacted various lenders offering different leverage quotes. Raised capital through cold calls, emails, and one-on-one meetings to raise capital from private investors and smaller investment firms
• Assist a lawyer/real estate broker with pre-closing statements, events, and client communication, ensuring smooth transactions. • Managed document filing and organization using MyCase.com, maintaining up-to-date records for efficient client service. • Collaborated closely with the team at The Fair Firm, PLLC to provide exceptional support in a remote work environment.
