"A great tour not to be missed! Michael Hirsch, architect, historian and preservationist, does an incredible job of walking us through the many remarkable gems on the Upper East Side that have beem predominantly but unintentionally overlooked by other guides. The Upper East Side is a neighborhood often walked by many but Michael is terrific at highlighting what we might see every day but not fully appreciate without his knowledge of the archetypal building styles and the people and organizations that have inhabited them over the years. I highly recommend this to everyone interested in an educational and entertaining walk!" Lisa G. Review

The Josiah White II is Pennsylvania's only mule drawn canal boat, offering public rides May - October. History comes alive as we tell the region's nationally significant story while traveling a beautiful, fully watered-stretch of the Lehigh Canal. Crew members are the backbone of the operation by providing four 45-minute rides on a typical day and participating n special event cruises and charters. Crew are responsible for the smooth operation of the canal boat, the care handling of the mules (Hank & George), and the historical interpretation of the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor, the Lehigh Canal and Hugh Moore Park.
