Working alongside the IT Support team I assisted in resolving issues with IT hardware and software across the organisation. I assisted in cataloging where all IT equipment was allocated across the charity and the setup and distribution of new equipment. I was also responsible for updating key information on charity store locations and re-homing centres on the charities internal intranet
• Preparing training materials and rooms for courses. • Updating marketing databases and assisting with marketing research. • Collating feedback from training courses. • Developing marketing emails.
Working primarily through the Magento portal, wrote and created product pages on the Harvey Norman E-Commerce site. From sourcing product images and descriptions from suppliers to writing concise descriptions of products to assist consumers in their purchase decision process.
