    Croma Medic Inc. (CMI) is, since January 2007, a 100% subsidiary of STADA AG. CMI acts as an importer and wholesaler of pharmaceutical products in the Philippines, both branded and generics, as well as of ophthalmic products (medical products, medical equipment, surgical lasers and accessories). CMI currently represents 11 international manufacturers/principals. CMI has its own sales- and marketing field force, in total around 100 Medical Sales Reps. CMI also has their own warehousing capacities and 3 depots at strategic locations in the Philippines. I reported directly to the Managing Director Asia region in Hong Kong as well as to the board in Germany. My position was mainly to help and support the local management in the transition phase from a person-owned company to becoming part of an international organization.
