• Evaluate deficiencies in warehouse functional layouts, provide improvement recommendations, conduct strategic planning and define implementation approach. Design and develop customized selection paths and warehouse racking tactics in order to maximize productivity and storage capacity. • Monitor change in efficiencies by working closely with warehouse management staff and through thorough evaluation of productivity using measurement. Identify improvement needs and take proactive measures to further enhance the functionality of the warehouse management system. •Play integral part in streamlining the business by managing consolidations of multiple warehouses into existing or new facilities.
