I am an experienced Occupational Safety & Health Leader (CMIOSH), improving safety performance and efficiency for large construction organisations - leading innovation and providing guidance on all SHEQ topics, to meet strategic objectives and regulatory compliance. During my career, I have worked for / with many top tier organisations, including SSE Enterprise Contracting, Interserve Engineering Services, West Yorkshire Police, HM Prison Service, Malt Hill Engineering Services and ABB Steward. My achievments include: 👉🏻 HMP Holme House: Engaged as Safety Manager to oversee and mitigate risks aligned with HMP Regime throughout the construction of an extension to HMP Holme House, worth circa £6m, delivering project with zero reportable incidents over 14 months and maintained profitability throughout. 👉🏻 West Yorkshire Police Head Quarters: As Construction Safety Manager, oversaw construction at 3 sites and successfully commissioned 3 state of the art police headquarters, including a live firing range and riot simulation facility. 👉🏻 Energy for Waste Biomass Centre in Templeborough: As visiting Regional Safety Manager provided risk solutions for a 1 of a kind, waste recycling project, delivering project with zero RIDDORS and presented national safety award from MD of Interserve Engineering Services Group.
