As COO of Metrikus, I was responsible for building and leading the business GTM strategy, product and operations design. Helping lead, and continuing to grow revenue, customers and partner sales. Delivering 50% year on year sales growth for the last two years. Jointly wrote the business plan and raised £8M in seed funding to grow and scale the business, software development and sales. Delivered with the CMO the GTM sales (Direct and Channel) plan and model within the Commercial Real Estate market. This is now being expanded into any building, Retail, Warehousing manufacturing and industrial. Jointly responsible for helping drive sales and new customer business as well as maintaining senior relationships with our biggest customers and partners. Have helped deliver 50% year on year growth over the last two years. Responsible for the Global ServiceNow partnership joint GTM and strategy planning. Commercially responsible for vendor, partner and third-party supplier relationships.
