About

Most companies do not suffer from a lack of expertise. They suffer from a lack of relevant narratives that turn expertise into market visibility, client conversations, and commercial momentum. In a crowded B2B and B2C environment, even strong ideas can disappear quickly if they are too technical, too inward-looking, or not translated into the language of decision-makers. This is where thought leadership, strategic content, communications, and business development need to work together. I help build that bridge. 💡 I am a content strategist, thought leadership leader, and Chief Economist with 25+ years of international experience across Switzerland, Germany, the UK, and Australia. My work focuses on turning complex economic, business, technological, and industry topics into market-facing content that creates relevance, strengthens positioning, and supports business conversations. In my current role, I develop and lead thought leadership and strategic content across formats: studies, surveys, articles, podcasts, videos, LinkedIn content, executive narratives, and other B2B channels. I work closely with senior stakeholders, engage regularly with C-level clients across industries, and help shape external positioning through clear narratives and commercially relevant insights. 📈 As Chief Economist, I am also active in the market itself, through client discussions, executive events, conferences, panels, media interviews, and public speaking. This direct exchange with business leaders, stakeholders, and the media strongly shapes how I think about relevance, timing, messaging, and impact. A recurring theme in my career is building capabilities from the ground up and taking teams, functions, and ideas to a higher level of maturity, whether in thought leadership, content strategy, external positioning, research, or the pragmatic use of AI in content and research workflows. 🎙️ I founded the Deloitte Future Talk podcast in 2017, which has grown to 200+ episodes. I also teach business research, content strategy, and B2B content creation at the University of Zurich and ZHAW. 🎓 If you are interested in thought leadership, strategic content, executive positioning, speaking engagements, or broader business conversations, feel free to connect.
