Role and Responsibilities: - Reported to the President of Royal Cargo Inc.. - Led a team of 15 employees. - Set strategies and policies for Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) topics of all companies and business units. - Advised the Senior Management Team on application and ICT market changes to enhance and achieve business goals and objectives. Key Accomplishments: - Removed 800 unsupported Microsoft Office licenses globally and replaced with Microsoft O365 application within three months. - Replaced 20% (200 Units) of outdated and unsupported end-user hardware within ten months with COVID-ready notebooks and set up a continuous replenishment program. - Reduced monthly mobile communication cost per employee between 20 and up to 70%, while data allowance increased up to 100%, as well as unlimited calls and text usage. - Implemented a standardised end-user hardware product catalogue that improved procurement lead time by 50% and reduced the number of vendors to a maximum of two per product.
