Mike Finke serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications at GreatWater 360 Auto Care, where he leads brand strategy, customer engagement, and communications across a rapidly growing, multi-state automotive service platform. In his role, Mike is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand consistency, improve customer experience, and drive long-term retention across the organization. He oversees external marketing, customer journey strategy, and internal communications, ensuring alignment across teams as the company continues to scale. With more than 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing, Mike has helped launch, built and grow brands across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining GreatWater, he worked closely with the organization as a consultant, helping define its brand and guiding principles during its early stages of growth. Mike is known for his ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategy, improve the customer journey, and strengthen overall performance.
