In my Country Manager role with an established healthcare organisation, I provided leadership to grow and build a strong and capable team. I successfully launched four products in four years and established the company as a trusted partner. In a Senior Director role in In-Licensing, I drove launches and growth in diverse portfolios. I launched impactful leadership and marketing excellence programs and implemented new business planning and digital transformation processes. I also played a significant role in in-licensing a potential blockbuster and negotiating the contract.
