With over 15 years experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, I am currently serving as the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager Europe at BIC. Passionate about building efficient hiring strategies, I leverage my expertise in recruitment and employer branding to align with BIC’s mission of creating better products and brighter futures. Prior to my role at BIC, I led recruitment and D&I initiatives at Securitas France, where I improved key performance indicators, improved standardization of sourcing and hiring processes. Led and developed a multicultural Talent Acquisition team across France, Algeria and Russia (8 people + RPO), steering hiring strategy and execution for a fast growing company. Rolled out a new global Talent Acquisition process, training hiring managers and harmonizing best practices. Delivered data-driven reporting to leadership. Weekly touchpoints with our RPO to look at key data and translate them into recruitment actions and strategies. Co-constructed innovative hiring solutions for large-scale volume roles and harder to fill white-collar positions.

Talent Acquisition for multiple entities: Major Appliances, Small Appliances, Logistics and Manufacturing. Projects included a head-office relocation, Employer Branding, Talent Pooling. Focus on commercial and industrial recruitment for 4 production sites Supported Electrolux’s growth by recruiting across multiple countries and functions. Managed recruitment for a population of ~550 employees across 8 sites, with ~80 hires/year. Recruited a wide range of roles (sales, marketing, corporate, technical, supply chain). Trained managers on "Hiring4Potential". Built strong relationships with HRBPs and hiring managers to become the go-to partner for talent issues. Helped structure more professional, data-aware recruitment practices in a multi-country context.
Recruited for the unified supply chain in a group-wide transformation. Recruited 75–80 profiles/year for Supply Chain roles in the context of a large reorganisation. Handled full-cycle recruitment (brief to offer) under significant volume and time pressure.
