About

I am a Treasury Operations Manager with a passion for high performance teams, both in a business and sporting context. I have experience in both financial and commercial roles within a large MNC having come from an engineering background. Within my current role, I arrange all Trade Finance instruments for international contracts combining a strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail to deliver measurable results I have embraced the opportunity to work internationally. I pride myself on being able to establish and grow strong relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. I appreciate considering different perspectives to bring clarity to complex situations. The range of unique experiences provided by international work drives my ongoing passion for learning and a keen interest in travel to new places. For several years I was the Team Manager for the England national youth hockey team. The opportunity to be part of a high performance environment continues to motivate me and drive how I believe teams should be structured and their culture developed as a basis for decisions and actions. I continue to study the behaviours of both high performance teams and individuals. I am always looking for opportunities to apply these lessons in my professional life but also my personal activities, particularly in respect of my golf game.
