In my role as a Client Executive, I am a single point of contact through the entire lifecycle of a project for our clients. I lead project pursuits (RFP responses and interviews), support preconstruction and construction operations, and stay engaged through project turnover. I am responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining successful long-term relationships with clients. Utilizing lean processes, we guide and inform the project team to ensure all services meet the client's expectations and requirements.
Responsible for creating and maintaining the project budget, buyout, writing contracts, project scheduling, change management, and overall project success. Collaborates with owners, architects, engineers, and developers to simplify the construction process. Manage the day to day operations of multiple construction projects.
