BeneTrkr is a social enterprise that aims to help people with disabilities and professionals who support them keep track of their benefits through a personal online tool that educates and empowers them. - Created a responsive site and structured its information architecture. - Produced hi-fi wireframes, interactive prototypes for multiple platforms, animations to demonstrate micro-interactions, and detailed design specifications document. - Orchestrated user testing & research and synthesized information into product recommendations - Created personas; performed design charettes, sketching, and user testing. - Project manger and communications with client.
