Responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of more than 120MWp of Solar PV plants across France.

The ENcome group is a pan-European leading and independent provider for the operation of photovoltaic power plants with focus on technical Operation and Maintenance (O&M), technical Asset Management (TAM), as well as Engineering & Advisory services. At present, ENcome operates power plants with a nominal capacity of over 1,5 Gigawatts in all major European markets and Australia.
Building the motivated and experienced ENcome Taiwan team. Creating yet another strong foothold for ENcome in South East Asia. With 1,5 GWp of solar assets under operation in our bag, we will use the international experience, proven and established internal processes to expand our portfolio and services in Taiwan and later on other countries in APAC.
Helped implement an organizational and directory structure in a fast growing, fully remote startup without jeopardizing but increasing efficiency and transparency.
