As a Facility Manager with Northrop Grumman, I was responsible for the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities housed within the Tactical Space Systems Division throughout Northern Virginia. These facilities included a critical 24x7x365 spacecraft manufacturing facility. This was accomplished through supervision of company and property management staff members.
As an EPAP Facility Manager I was responsible for the maintenance and repair of 272 government owned and leased residential and non-residential properties throughout the city of Jakarta. This was accomplished through supervision of 135 Facility Management staff members including engineers, inspectors, tradesmen, escorts, and office support staff. All work was tracked in State Department’s Global Maintenance Management System (GMMS). This allowed for accurate tracking of all work orders, labor costs, and maintenance and repair budgets.
As an EPAP Facility Manager I was responsible for the maintenance and repair of 238 government owned residential and non-residential properties totaling 885,000 ft2 on 4 large compounds. This was accomplished through supervision of 47 Facility Management staff members including engineers, inspectors, tradesmen, escorts, and office support staff. All work was tracked in State Department’s Global Maintenance Management System (GMMS). This allowed for accurate tracking of all work orders, labor costs, and maintenance and repair budgets.
