I have more than 25 years of experience in software engineering. The last two years I worked as a team lead, leading a team of 3 to 5 software engineers. I believe in self-organizing teams that apply lean software development and continuous delivery practices. I love to learn new things and continuously improve my team(mates) and my self. Topics I have improved on recently are soft-skills and software development processes (Agile, Kanban/lean software development and Continuous Delivery). In my pastime I love mountainbiking and walking with my dog.

Development of different applications and components: * AutoConverter: application to convert to 3D structural model into analytical model (so that the stability and dynamics of a large construction like for instance a building can be calculated) * Enabling the possiblity of communication between Scia Engineer and applications of sister companies * SAF : implementation of a standard exchange format of analysis models Different development stacks have been used. Mostly C#/.NET, but also Angular/Typescript and C++. Introducing Kanban, Test Driven Development, Unit Testing and other best practices to the team.
