After being in the business of plastics and dermatology which was my passion for years and years and still is, unfortunate circumstances had me waking up to being the owner of Bernie's Pretzel Bakery, I have more than 10 years of work experience in running and growing a successful and popular business that offers a variety of delicious and fresh pretzels to customers. I have a strong background and skill set in financing, sales, and product service, which enable me to manage and oversee all aspects of the business, from production and distribution to marketing and accounting. This business was a wholesale and retail company with hundreds of daily deliveries in our wholesale department, and hundreds of daily walk in Retail customers. Not knowing what it took to run a business, yet teaching myself what it took, took a lot of blood, sweat, and resilience. I not only grew my company, but I myself achieved much growth personally. I achieved career success, satisfaction, and knowledge of what it takes to obtain and even better retain customers. My true passion has always been in dermatology and plastic surgery. I enjoy creating and delivering high-quality products that satisfy and delight my customers, as well as building and maintaining long-term relationships with them. I am always eager to learn new things and explore new opportunities that can help me improve and innovate my business. I have successfully secured financing and funding for my business, as well as managed the cash flow and budget. I have also implemented various strategies and initiatives to increase the visibility and reach of my business, such as launching a website, social media accounts, and online ordering system, as well as participating in local events and festivals. I have also hired and trained a team of staff who had assisted me in running the my business and delivering excellent service. I am proud of the achievements and recognition that my business has received, such as multiple awards, positive reviews, and loyal customers.
