My passion for technology started with my very first Game Boy, followed by a Commodore C64. The passion persisted, leading me to study computer science. Throughout my 10 years in management consulting, digital strategies have consistently been a common theme. However, topics around people have been a focus area for me, too. In my roles in People & Organization, I always sought opportunities to leverage modern technologies and use data as a foundation – for finding the right people, bringing them into our company, and aiding in their learning and growth, all at scale. In my current role I am exploring ways to change the way we leverage digitalization within People & Organization. From thinking IT tools to delivering meaningful and personalized services to our people, at scale. In a time where change happens at the speed of light, the challenges are huge, but opportunities are even bigger. To be successful. I place people and their experiences at the core of my thinking. This is about learning and un-learning as well: If we allow ourselves to see and think “from scratch” and not just build on traditional HR beliefs and existing HR tools, processes and patterns, we can achieve true excellence. If we are brave enough to start over and rethink our ideas, we create the best people experience, attract the best and brightest minds and helping them learn and grow.
