Managed 5 different factories, 2500+ employees. Responsibilities include manufacturing, production engineer, quality assurance, EH&S and operations finance. Major achievements: • Transformed Indonesia manufacturing from domestic to regional/global supply hub • Established next generation of tobacco product manufacturing in Indonesia for Japan and Korea • Relocate other tobacco production manufacturing from Europe to Indonesia • Managed 40% capacity expansion and expand the production portfolio to multi categories • Delivered cumulative £15mn saving • Reduced manufacturing cost by 20% • Improve the new product introduction success rate by 60% to support domestic and regional growth • Renew talent strategy and improve succession fulfill rate by 50%. Lead the BAT ASPAC regional supply network design optimisation to support the growth and improve efficiency. Improve the manufacturing capability (TPM, LEAN) for BAT ASPAC 14 factories. Deliver the manufacturing saving to re-invest in top line growth. Specific responsibility include: • Lead the project to optimize BAT ASPAC supply network design • Lead the supply network design to support Philippine market re-entry and mitigate legist ration risk • Develop and deploy the manufacturing strategy for BAT ASPAC factories • Lead the regional manufacturing productivity saving to achieve profit target • Lead the BAT ASPAC manufacturing to adopt TPM, LEAN and supply chain improvement tools • Consulting BAT e-cigarettes supply network design and contract manufacturing operations in China
Leads the largest supply chain operation which supports 60% of P&G Feminine Care GC and 30% Asia revenue.50% of capital investment in GC also goes to this supply chain. Also leads P&G global mid tier platform. Manage organization includes 200+ P&G employee and 70 contractors. Direct reports include manufacturing managers, finance, logistics, human resource, quality assurance, material supply management, repacking site leader, engineering and new initiative program manager.
Lead the effective implementation of TPM, process reliability, high performance organization and LEAN across P&G plants. Work with global senior leaders from corporate function to adopt TPS in P&G.
