• Built a cutting-edge AI Data Processing Platform utilizing LLMs, automating the daily classification, extraction, and archiving of government application forms to drastically reduce manual operational overhead.
• Designed and implemented a Digitalized Assessment Platform that combines public service examination application and assessment processes for government employment. • Delivered an e-Report Processing System featuring template-based classification and OCR technology, successfully handling compliance checks for approximately 1.2 million construction material reports for the government annually. • Developed a secure e-Messaging system connecting Persons in Custody (PIC) in Hong Kong with their relatives, ensuring strict operational compliance and system reliability. • Built an internal e-Timesheet portal utilizing automated notifications and HR reporting capabilities, scaling to support over 200 staff members' project tracking needs.
• Delivered a Content Management Suite (CMS) for clients with Struts2. • Integrated hardware components (Digital Media Players) directly with the CMS via hardware programming and authored comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, API specifications, and test cases. • Migrated a legacy CMS from Struts2 to the Spring Boot framework, significantly modernizing the system architecture. • Delivered robust API deployments using Spring Boot and managed end-to-end project deployments across development, testing, and production environments on Windows and Linux.
• Develop a website with elderly contents for our client. A database was built with MySQL and Yii Framework was used as the backbone of the website. • The project included two phases. Phase 1 was to build the back-end schema and the content management system (CMS). • Develop an Android app to perform internal warehouse management. The app handles the inventory records, and a bar-code scanning function was built to scan items in the warehouse. • Develop an Android app to test the functionality of a portable RFID scanner for the warehouse.
