• Worked within Microsoft Access to coordinate and create a production schedule for the plants to make sure we effectively meet the company’s forecasted demand. • Integrated the production planning process with the purchasing team to make sure we can plan accordingly with increasing lead times affected by the global pandemic and growing strains on the supply chain. • Employed my previous experience with Microsoft SQL to generate reports on excess inventory, run speeds, and capacity reports to improve the processes of our production plant. • Operated daily with MRP to generate work orders for over 1,000 different finished goods to align their production runs without creating excess inventory. • Teamed up with the production managers at the plant monthly to report on current capacity needs based on demand and process improvements.
• Worked closely with cross functional teams throughout the company to ensure the continuous flow of inventory in and out of the systems. By remaining proactive and identifying root cause analysis for any potential issues before they are released into the system. • Performed daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, by confirming up to 15,000 parts per day. This allowed for continued growth and understanding of the manufacturing process and flow of materials throughout the entire supply chain. • Utilize data visualization tools to report out inventory accuracy to the manufacturing teams, allowing continued communication for improvement and changes. • Established relationships with contacts domestically and within our parent company across the globe, by providing support in the supply chain and speed to production. • Extracted data from SAP to report inventory movements and create projects that would improve the processes of inventory functionality.
• Coordinated routing for Pepsico fleet trucks and optimize backhauls with external customers. • Managed relationships with External Customers to generate over 4 million dollars in revenue. • Utilize Pepsico’s resources to track and monitor driver’s status to provide clear communication with the customer, as well as meet preset lead times and exceptional service. • Work closely with pricing team in order to generate higher profit margins and gain a clear understanding of market rates. • Network with other business units within Pepsico to get a better understanding of supply chain on all platforms within the organization.
