I have been working in the maritime industry in different capacities since 1980 and have served on a variety of vessel including tankers, bulk carriers, and ferries. I started working on DP equipped vessels in 1992 and have served on shuttle/storage tankers, pipe layers, ROV support, subsea construction and for the most part dive support vessels.I am quite familiar with a variety of DP systems. Over the last three years I have been employed on a variety of vessels including a tug and barge unit on the Great Lakes and two different scientific vessels working in the Gulf of St. Lawrence and east coast of Canada. Most recently I have served on two different container vessels and am currently employed as a third officer on the container vessel Nolhan Ava.
