Teachers Pay Teachers is a double sided marketplace, comprising of educators who buy, sell, and share teaching material. Over 5 million people use TpT (Teachers Pay Teachers), housing hundreds of millions of educational resources to download, free and paid. I partnered with product managers, engineers, the product marketing team, copy writers, and data scientists to craft engaging and valuable experiences that were measured across various products. From running design sprints to strategizing roadmaps to user interviews to measuring outcomes and delivering value, the user always came first. I also helped the design team develop principals, process, and presence within the company and product teams. iOS Lead Product Designer Bringing the web experience for both the buyer and seller side of the educational marketplace to mobile, expanding the user base and the business, while crafting an optimal experience and delivering value for teachers. TpT for Schools - Product Design Lead TpT for Schools is an enterprise version of TpT, takes purchasing out of the teachers hands and gives it to the schools. A triple win for both teachers, schools, and the business, teachers no longer had to pay out of pocket, and the schools could keep track of the resources for other teachers to use in the future. Projects included: A new payment system for schools to fund accounts, increasing orders and reducing resource delivery time from 14 days > 2 days, which boosted confidence in teachers using the product, and gave the schools a more organized approach to keeping track of their resources. - Transferable licenses - Resource claim reminders - On-boarding experience - Marketing ...and more! Conceptualize, design, and produce web and print marketing collateral for the Web team in the Global Communications department. From UX/UI for websites to mobile design to HTML emails to PDF's. Projects include Best Global Green Brands, Best Global Brands, Best Retail Brands, and other country reports. Print collateral includes logos, posters, environmental graphics, event collateral and more. Also UX/UI for brandchannel.com, Interbrands blog sister site, and for Interbrand.com as well.
I create images, support design and prepare content for Interbrand's website Interbrand.com and Brandchannel.com under the supervision of the websites' Editors and the Global Communications Online manager. I also provide design support for Global Communication's online and print projects under the supervision of the Global Creative Director.
