With over 25 years of entrepreneurial and corporate experience, I have been priveleged to build, scale, and exit ventures across FinTech, security technology, real estate, and green energy. My work has taken me across Western and Eastern Europe and Israel, shaped by hands-on leadership in cross-border, multicultural environments. I began my journey in FinTech, launching and growing a subsidiary in Germany through to a successful exit. Later, I founded a company in smart access and security technologies, which grew into a regional leader in Austria and Eastern Europe before being acquired by a global industry player. These experiences eventually led to cross-border M&A advisory and the founding of ELBA Group — an investment and development platform based in Germany, active in sustainable real estate, green infrastructure, and early-stage tech ventures. Today, ELBA manages a growing real estate portfolio across Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands, with continued expansion through strategic investments and future-oriented development.
