From elite senior and age-based teams, through sanctioning professional and semi-professional football down to grass roots and community. -Tendered Football Australia’s end-to-end Travel Management program valued at more than $20m annually. -Launched, evaluated, negotiated and contracted Football Australia’s airline partner resulting in significant savings and an increase of financial sponsorship. -Managed the tender process and project managed Football Australia’s HRIS transformation, concluding the process under budget and ahead of schedule. -Managed RFP to appoint new financial management software to the business, resulting in far increased functionality and a saving to the business of approximately 20%. -Negotiated improved terms on several project categories including Learning Management System and Competition Management software. -Support for many one=off procurement activities in support of match delivery. -Key contact for FIFA and AFC audit processes for grant funding payments.
Contract role to support three specific activities. -Launched, evaluated, negotiated and contracted APL air contract resulting in a $800k annualised saving on a spend of approx.. $5m. -Successfully managed the transmission of APL’s insurance portfolio from PSC to Marsh. $2.5m spend with a 30% saving. -Analysed and negotiated terms on 2024 Broadcast Production agreement.
Overall responsibility for customer service, warehousing, logistics, purchasing and planning. Approx. $30m sales annually. A very hands-on role including forecasting, order placement, expediting deliveries, liaising with customers, organising transport and coordinating picking of orders. -Tendered warehousing to 3PL partner in 2023 value $12m across 3years.. -Successfully managed the move of all warehousing from multi site to 3PL model in March 2024. -Tendered for International Freight resulting in a saving of approx. 10%. Value of contract approx. $800k to $1m p.a. Rolling contract. -Domestic Freight tendered and contract implemented. Value $1m p.a. -Asia-Pacific Key user for global Supply Chain Dashboard.. -Supported business through consecutive years of record growth. -Lead the Supply Chain through the COVID and Semi-Conductor shortages, supporting record sales and growth. -Launch of several new products, incl. top sellers.
Responsibilities include overall management of L’OCCITANE warehouse and distribution of saleable products, stationery/support items and furniture to 48 L’Occitane stores, David Jones department stores and 500 wholesale and pharmacy partners. Management of 10 permanent staff and a fluctuating team of casuals via 2 direct reports. $6m inventory value. -Construction of new L’OCCITANE warehouse -Warehouse layout and move from 3PL to in-house. -Managed annual wall-to-wall stocktake with record low variances. -Undertook review of freight suppliers administered freight tender. International freight valued at $5m annually, Domestic Freight approx. $1.3m p.a. -3rd party packaging contract implemented $850k annually for 3 years. -Involved in global freight tender for inbound freight. -Co-ordinated deliveries of stock, collateral and furniture to 10 new company stores and many wholesale customers.
Overall management of the Inventory Team with six direct reports. Responsible for the accurate and timely inventory supply function and freight management within the company. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and post re-structure to the Financial Director, with a dotted line to the Regional Supply Manager. Responsible for $10m inventory budget. -Implementation of new Inventory and Demand Planning department. -Improvement of service levels across all brands, from mid 60% range to mid 90% range at Financial Year End. -Implemented processes on New Launch Tracking , Out of Stock Reporting, Over/Under Shipment Reporting and Phase Out/Discontinuation. -Introduced close monitoring system of Christmas Launches leading to a successful Christmas Sell-In.
